Next Working Day
Order most in-stock items by 2PM, Monday–Friday, for next-working-day delivery via APC Overnight.
Click & Collect
Buy online and collect from our store near Fareham, Hampshire. We’ll email you the moment it’s ready.
Kerbside & Large Items
Hot tubs, swim spas and bulky items delivered kerbside by our specialist haulage partner. We’ll arrange it with you.
Next Working Day Delivery
- Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered by 2PM, Monday–Friday, carried by APC Overnight.
- Exceptions apply. Always check the Delivery tab on the product page, as not every item is next-day.
- We do our absolute best, but next-day is not guaranteed. Around 99% of orders arrive next working day. We cannot offer refunds for late arrival.
- APC will email you with the option to change your delivery details. If you use this and an issue arises with the courier, we cannot accept responsibility.

Click & Collect from our store
- Choose Click & Collect at checkout: it’s free. No delivery charge, no waiting in for a courier.
- We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Most in-stock items are ready the same or next day.
- Bring your order number and a form of ID when you come in.
- Pop in for free water testing and expert advice while you’re here.

Kerbside Delivery for Large Items
- Large or heavy items (hot tubs, swim spas and big pools) are delivered kerbside by a specialist light-haulage partner. In most cases there’s no extra charge, just our standard £7.95, though a surcharge may apply for some remote areas.
- These deliveries are pre-arranged in advance and typically take 7–14 days from payment.
- Someone must be present at the kerbside to receive the items on the booked day. If nobody is there, the delivery can’t go ahead and refunds can’t be given for a missed booking.
- Buying a hot tub, swim spa or large item? Speak to our team and we’ll arrange everything with you. We’ll confirm pricing, timing and access.

We deliver to UK Mainland only
- Our courier services cover the UK mainland only. We can’t deliver to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, or remote areas of Scotland.
- Delivery is made by our carrier to the address on your order, so please make sure it’s accurate. Tell us where to leave goods if you’re out. Once delivered to your instructions, responsibility passes to you.
- Please check your order is correct and complete on arrival. If anything is wrong or missing, report it to us within 7 days.

Track your delivery with APC
- Once we’ve prepared and packed your order ready to ship, we’ll email you your APC consignment (tracking) number.
- Track your parcel any time on the APC tracking page. You’ll need your consignment number and delivery postcode.
- APC may also send you delivery updates and an estimated time window on the day.

Legal information
- We will do all we reasonably can to meet the delivery date given or, if no date has been agreed, deliver within 10 days of the order date. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control and will contact you if we cannot meet the date. If delivery cannot be made within 10 days of the given date, you are entitled to arrange a revised date or cancel the order for a full refund.
- If an order is a multiple order and we can deliver only part of it, we will contact you and arrange a mutually agreed date for the remainder. In this instance delivery is made in instalments, each constituting a separate contract; a failure to deliver any instalment will not entitle you to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.
- If we fail, for any reason within our control, to fully or partially deliver your goods, any reimbursement shall be no more than the price of the goods together with any delivery and/or reasonable return costs.
- Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days of the day after you receive your order, by post or email.
