Blue Horizons Stain and Scale Inhibitor - Proactively and periodically treat your pool and spa to soften and remove limescale as it forms.
Stain and Scale Inhibitor (1 Litre) will help prevent or remove scale or other staining. If you live in a particularly hard water area, you will suffer from limescale build up more than others. Rather than re-actively dealing with limescale problems which can be laborious and costly, you should proactively and periodically treat your pools and spas to soften and remove limescale as it forms. Used in conjunction with a flocculant such as Blue Horizons Aqua Sparkle Tablets or Jelly Gell, this is an effective way to prevent limescale build up.

| Instructions for use | 1. Important: Before using this product, ensure that sanitiser levels are not greater than 3 mg/l(ppm) for product effectiveness. 2. Backwash the filter before application. 3. Apply the product as close to the stain / scale as possible with the pool filtration system turned off. 4. Brush the stain and scale daily for 5–7 days following treatment. 5. Repeat the treatment for large heavily stained areas, but do not exceed the dose of 3 litres per 45,450 litres (10,000 gallons) of pool water. Dose rates: Scale / Stain Prevention. Initial dose: 100 ml for 4,545 litres (1,000 gallons) of water. Monthly top up: 50 ml for 4,545 litres (1,000 gallons) of water. Stain / Scale Removal: 100 ml for 4,545 litres (1,000 gallons) of water. ALWAYS ADD CHEMICALS TO WATER & NOT WATER TO CHEMICALS. NEVER MIX CHEMICALS. |
